- Review and Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing Time: If your refund is approved, we will process it within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
- Original Mode of Payment: Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

- Services that have been fully rendered and completed as per the agreement.
- Customized services that were delivered based on specific client requirements.
